You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

All bidders are required to register before being able to bid on any of CircleBDiecastAuctions.com active auctions. This requirement is placed to ensure that all bidders are real individuals and to protect the auction pricing from being ran up by bots or bad actors.

When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you are the winning bidder. You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at Auction Close and your bid is accepted by the seller. When you purchase a fixed-price item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller.

You will be deemed the auction winner if your bid is the highest accepted bid at the end of the timed auction. You will need to go to my bids and add winning item(s) into your shopping cart. Do not check out until you are finished bidding on items for the day.

You can access your bids and auction details by selecting the view my bids option in the upper left corner of the account page.

To purchase won auctions you will need to navigate to the Account page, then select the Add Won Auctions To Cart. If you have won multiple auctions you can enable the Buy All checkbox and select Buy All or if you have only won a single auction select the Buy Now to add to your cart. You can then checkout the items from your cart. Please keep in mind to only checkout once with multiple auctions to use the flat $13 shipping. If you checkout with multiple orders, you will be charged $13 shipping for each order.

The twitch live stream will broadcast at the top of the Auctions page whenever online along with the chat, we will not be using Facebook live for the live stream moving forward. The video will only appear when we are live on Wednesdays.

Live stream auctions are fast paced and only available on Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:00 PM EST. These auctions will have a live stream running with full chat capabilities to answer any questions and showcase the products. Daily Auctions are throughout the week and refresh daily. The daily auctions will have longer bidding openings. Both auctions will have anti-sniping in place and will add time if bids are placed in the final moments of auction expiration. Both will always be listed on the Auctions tab for easy bidding!

Whether you win 1 auction or 100 the total amount for shipping will always be $13. If you plan on bidding/winning on multiple auctions, please wait to perform checkout once you are done bidding to ensure all items ship with the flat rate. If you create multiple orders you will pay the flat rate on each order. We cannot combine orders once you have checked out!

In order to remove auctions that have ended you can simply select the refresh auctions button. This will clear out auctions that have ended from your page. We wanted to ensure our customers have the best expierence without needing to refresh the entire page while live and daily auctions are running!

All winning items must be paid in full within 48 hours of auction end. If items are left unpaid after 48 hours, they will be considered forfeited and moved to a future auction. It will also be at the sole discretion of Circle B Diecast to ban any non payers from future auctions.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted during the checkout process. In the case of unsuccessful payment (declined), the buyer will be required to use a different payment method to complete the purchase.

If you are a winning bidder or purchase a fixed-price item from www.circlebdiecastauctions.com, you agree to pay the seller the full amount of your winning bid (for biddable items) or the sale price (for fixed-price items) plus any applicable sales or use tax on your purchase, as well as any applicable shipping or delivery charges. You agree to honor the seller’s requirements regarding method and time of payment.

All Purchases are Final Once you have confirmed a purchase, your purchase is final and can not be cancelled (except in the case that the completion of the transaction would violate the law).

You are solely responsible for compliance with any federal, state or local tax laws governing your purchase. It is your responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes.
